Customs & Import Taxes

  • Buyers outside Sweden/EU are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply.

5. Returns & Refunds

Physical Products (3D-Printed & Electronics)

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective.

Digital Products

  • All digital products (3D models, design files) are non-refundable due to their nature.
  • If you have issues downloading a file, contact us here.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will offer a replacement or refund.

6. Warranty

  • 3D-printed products: No warranty, but we ensure they are functional as described.
  • Digital products: No warranty, but we guarantee proper file delivery.

All electronic products sold on our shop are handmade and may have variations in appearance or performance. Due to their custom and small-scale production nature, we do not provide any warranty (express or implied) for these products.
